I'm running all the latest versions: Metamod Mani Evenscripts Es_Tools Sourcemod

Everything was running fine, I restarted the server and when I came back in the Sourcemod menu was acting funny, I go through the Source mod menus it makes weird sounds like gun shots when I make a selection? It was doing this before when I first installed it and then it starting crashing :-(

I'm new to souremod btw
